Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In original, unused condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return: Log into your account and select "Start a Return" from your order history, or contact our support team.
- Print your label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders).
- Pack your items: Securely pack items in their original packaging.
- Ship it back: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item! Follow the return process above and indicate your exchange preference. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the balance.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at support@store.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
