We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Log into your account and select "Start a Return" from your order history, or contact our support team.
  2. Print your label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders).
  3. Pack your items: Securely pack items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship it back: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item! Follow the return process above and indicate your exchange preference. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the balance.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at support@store.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
